The Sweet Jessy Project Newsletter June 2021

Happy June & a very Happy Papa Bear's Day to all you Dads out there!
Jessy's Dad is Papa Bear & she is his Growly Bear......since she would growl when something frustrated her.
Well, things are finally on a roll for The Sweet Jessy Project.
First of all......rather unexpectedly,  we have put together a Jessy gallery show for Friday June 25 6 - 9 pm at Able Salon in Libertyville.
Everyone is invited! What a fabulous way to celebrate our
Sweet Jessy.
It's crazy how we just sort of put the idea & venue together. We have had the gallery concept since 2019, yet, things just weren't coming together until this past May.
Thanks to Jessy's childhood friend, Michelle Boettcher-Loftus, who connected us with Judy who owns Able Salon & Gallery. Judy likes supporting & promoting local artists & especially loves Jessy's story.
This is just the first of many gallery shows to come. We look forward to learning & growing into the art gallery world.
Another very special event is scheduled for July 31, 2021 in New York.
Jessy's bench dedication in Hudson River Park is finally happening!
We also have a fun run/Jessy Messy Bun tied-in with the dedication.
We will be posting more details as they come available.
So SO EXCITING!
It is so difficult to stay composed when talking about these events. Jessy is definitely bad dancing around us as we work on details for her special events. She quietly loves the attention....Which she truly deserves.
On the giving side.......
We are sending a check (yes, we still ✍ write checks over here) to Travis Mills Foundation from our May sales of Sweet Jessy merch. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who purchased prints, candles & tees; benefiting U.S. military veterans who have fought to keep Americans free.
Jessy just keeps helping others...as Jessy always did...quietly.
Thanks for all your love & support
